Public Notices

The Real Estate Management Department is responsible for receiving and reviewing Public Notices. Our department will determine if the notice has an impact on the operation of the University, and notify the proper parties if necessary.

If you have received a notice regarding a parcel of real property which is owned by the University, managed by the University or which you believe the University has an interest, please use the information found in the sidebar to let us know, and preferably, provide our group with a copy of that notice.

Such notices may come from the State of Nebraska, the City of Lincoln or other municipality in which the Board of Regents owns or manages property, or any other governmental or agency of authority which speaks on behalf of and to the public at large.
