Property Management-Executive Orders

Occasionally, UNL will find existing utility easements, license, utility right of way, or city interest in real property that require an “executive order” in order to continue a project or operate a facility. An executive order is an order from the Mayor of a City speaking for the public.

Vacating or removing such an interest requires an executive order to remove so UNL may occupy or operate within the space.

If there is a City interest in real property that you believe should be vacated in order for UNL to build, occupy or operate, please contact us.
